About Mr. Dorsey

David Dorsey joined Farmer Case & Fedor as an Associate Attorney in September 2020.  David is originally from the Los Angeles area and, after moving around a bit, found his way to San Diego in 2017. His current practice is focused in general civil litigation with a concentration in vehicular and insurance liability.

David brings a diverse background from both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Farmer Case & Fedor, he litigated complex construction defect claims on behalf of general contractors and subcontractors. He also has experience litigating personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury. During law school, David clerked at a litigation firm in Washington, DC that represents the families affected by terrorism against state sponsors of terror, clerked for the Honorable Abbi Silver at both the Nevada Court of Appeals and the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, and interned in the Department of Interior, Office of Indian Affairs’ Bureau of Indian Gaming.

In his free time, David enjoys travelling, learning about emerging technology, and participating in local trivia tournaments.
