Ms. Angeles obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While in law school, Ms. Angeles was a member of Law Review and obtained valuable experience as a law clerk for an established San Diego insurance defense firm. After graduation and admission to the California Bar in 2003, Ms. Angeles began her practice as defense counsel in civil cases involving insurance coverage, construction defect, rental car and transportation industry matters, transit liability, and premises liability. She also defended service industry and retail clients against ADA – disability access claims. Ms. Angeles brought her experience in these areas to FC&F, and used that experience to springboard into new and exciting practice areas, including emergency medical services liability.

Ms. Angeles is admitted to practice before all California courts, the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California. Her practice involves cases throughout California, which requires learning and understanding not only the “local rules” of the many jurisdictions in which she practices, but also the character and personalities of the towns and cities and their people to allow a proper and thorough assessment and evaluation of cases for her clients. Her professional memberships have included the San Diego County and California Bar Associations, San Diego Defense Lawyers Association, and Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
